Nightmares is a limited edition 482 Music US release comprised of the band's second and third UK singles for Schism Records. Their first release, 'Get With The Program' (March 1999) - a limited edition 7 inch vinyl - was available only through the Schism newsletter and website, yet all 800 copies were sold out within a month of release. The second release, 'Can't Help' (October 1999,) received great press reviews as well as support at Irish national and regional radio stations.
